Following a welcome and AGM business with Scotland’s Towns Partnership Chair, Professor Leigh Sparks, we are delighted to welcome Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Tom Arthur MSP for a Ministerial Address and announcement of this year’s Scotland Loves Local Awards.
