Scottish Conference for the Heritage Trust Network ‘Open High Streets Project’

The decline of the High Street is a recurrent theme in the news, but many organisations are trying to reverse this trend by restoring old town centre buildings and giving them vibrant, viable new uses that are attractive to their communities.

These events are aimed at people working in national and local government on economic and community regeneration, property, planning and the public realm; business improvement districts and similar partnerships; professionals (architects, planners, economists, project managers) working in the field as well as charities, social enterprises and community organisations rescuing, restoring and managing historic buildings in town centres.

Join us at Codebase Stirling, on Tuesday 5th September for a day that is jam-packed with talks, tours and networking with those who have completed projects and those who are helping to shape the future of High Streets in Scotland. This part of the Network’s Rethinking High Streets programme of events throughout the UK.’
