While technology has transformed the way we manage our money, sometimes there are circumstances when people need a face-to-face conversation with their bank. We also provide tailored support to improve access to banking services for vulnerable customers, including victims of domestic abuse and people with mental health concerns.


TSB also sets the highest standards for tackling fraud. We continue to be the only bank to protect customers from fraud losses, through our Fraud Refund Guarantee, which means we will refund customers who are clearly the innocent victim of fraud.
